While the steampunk looks cool, I now understand what someone from a steam punk group was telling me about just sticking cogs to things (while cogs are a major thong, at least make them look like they do something.)

The armours not bad either...

In this case the cogs are taking the place of coins which were often used as an abundant form of metal decoration in the Ottoman Empire and beyond as it was also a way to signify wealth. I thought it was really clever in that regard. Or I might just be reading way too much into it, whatever.:p

I've watched The Clone Wars. Where an actual Mandalorian corrects the Jedi that Jango Fett only wears their armour, he is most definitely not of Mandalore.

Boba is Jango's clone, therefore Boba is categorically not a Mandalorian.

Jaster Mereel was originally proposed as the true identity of Boba Fett in the novella The Last One Standing: The Tale of Boba Fett and repeated in Fett's entry in the The Essential Guide to Characters. But when Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones was released in 2002, its depiction of Fett's childhood on Kamino as a clone of Jango Fett, relegated the other backstory to non-canon status. However, the 4-part comic, Jango Fett: Open Seasons, retconned the character of Jaster Mereel to be a different individual entirely, and the mentor of Fett's father, Jango. It was also revealed that both Jango and Boba Fett occasionally used Mereel's name as an alias, thus saving the story from being apocryphal.

Boba is journeyman protector Jaster Mereel, unjustly sentenced to death for murdering a rapist and on the run living off the only skill set he has.
Then the retcon button was pressed.

I thought the EU ultimately settled on the New Mandalorians being just one of the major Mandalorian factions, which happened to be in ascendance at the time of the Clone Wars and whose ideology was vehemently in opposition to the True Mandalorians who called Jango (who may not have been born on Mandalore (the planet) but was born in the Mandalorian system, and in any case was still a member of Clan Fett) Mandalore (the title).

My mom and I went for a walk in town today as I was having a good day. I got tired and was sitting on a comfy chair in NEW LOOK while my mom was looking for shoes. This little girl kept staring at me and whispering to her mom and I was feeling all ¬ . ¬; hmmm

So I made a few faces for her.

They are also really, really popular with female fans. You have Harley Quinn who does whatever the hell she wants and doesn't give a damn what anyone thinks of her apart from the Joker and is wild and weird like girls are told we shouldn't be. Poison Ivy is a badass who is also sexy and smart and Catwoman skilled, brave and highly independent. All three put themselves first and are extremely independent (even Harley in her own way) and they all have an element of defying gender roles which is very refreshing.:)

Plus I also like them a lot so I tend to post more.:p But isn't much of a bias, even Paul Dini commented that half the cosplayers in some magazine spread were Harley and Poison Ivy.

I have to say I tend not to like cosplays with a lot of fake metal involved, they never look very real to me. if she had actual metal shredder armour that would be awesome. it is one of the reasons I dislike the Immortals film, the gods look like they are wearing gold painted plastic armour.

The problem is loads of conventions won't let you wear metal armour.

Agreed, I liked this one 'cos it's not a character I'd ever thought of gender swapping.:) There is some very well done armour out there that looks a lot like metal though but when it looks like painted plastic it is rather bad.
