So my compressor broke down and i ordered a new one and got a wrong one, then ordered another one and that one took 2 weeks to arrive but here i am again back in business!

No worries, mate. I'm a big fan of your work. Maybe it's just that showing only finished stuff leaves little room to comment on since you're putting out a huge volume of work, all painted to a consistent and high standard.
Of course, I can imagine that doing a lot of commission work leaves little time to take pictures during the WIP phase, but I for one really like to see the progress, and thus process, on a model. It's always interesting to see how another artist goes about his work as everyone has their own approach to materials and workflows.

I'm still curious about that mesh for instance. The slightly spotty or dusty gradient you've got going on with the colours give it a really nice sense of depth. Airbrush? Stippled on with a drybrush? Or just gentle drybrushing?
And the mesh grid, is that freehand? Dude, you've got a steady hand if you do that swiftly across multiple models. I'm not too sure if I could pull that off.

It's done with a piece of fabric and an airbrush, that its a bit spickl-ish is because of the white in the airbrush i didn't thin it to a smooth consistency so it sparkles a bit.

BigGrim: mix should be a thick sticky paste don't go with too much water, i always do it on feeling.... but you can test it while you mix it on a piece of paper.

So last weekend i went to my first ever heresy tournament!

What an amazing event it was! Great atmosfear great people very cool armies a top notch lunch and every table was filled with great terrain from battlemat.eu and with their battlemats.

The prize support:
1 to be raffled between all the participants BoP box
1 Battlemat.eu battlemat for the BPA winner
1 Battlemat.eu battlemat for the tournament winner
4 Certificates first, second, third places and PBA.

My first game i played vs Iron hands, a classic brawl between the 2 iron brothers!
I won the game with capped (20) VP against a very nice guy! Good start of the day!

Then at lunch break i heard i got nominated with my army for the BPA!
Always nice to get appreciation for the work you do!

Then after the lunch i got to play one of my clients Mechanicum army!
What a game...
Mech is always a tough matchup if you ask me but i managed to pull it off!
Very nice guy, he even helped me with building my army so i could beat him. (haha)
Won that game also with 14 VP.

Last game!
Again against mechanicum, another tough list but again great player and i won again with 16 VP!

So end of the day 3 great games at a very cool event!
And i won the tournament!!! :D

BPA Went to the player i played last game with his mechanicum, it was the difference of 1 vote!

Hey all,

So i have finally got a client ordering the building and painting of the WARLORD titan! :)
When he ordered the commission with me i could not resist of getting one myself as well.
Here is the first week:
Day one all parts washed and laid out and the start of the legs.
Second day the building of the head and torso and
4th and 5th i started painting the lower body.

Hey all!!

Something i bought from a friend and build for myself in my overtime hours.
The tank came as in the first picture, i wanted to make a Tormentor (perturabo's personal transport) for a long time but just found the retail of the kit is to much for a tank that i will probably not play that often in my heresy iron warrior army.*
But then my friend had his on sale and was build to the right variant that i wanted to use for it and for a good price i could not resist! :)
I used the following parts:
Lots of Plastic card*
- Radar dish is from the space marine hunter tank.*
- Plastic vent system in the back is from a vindicator.
- Vox things that come with the bastion kit on the side.*
- Tow chain from the razorback kit.*
- Screen on the back door is from a storm raven i believe just cut it out from the the rest of the plastic.*
- Old land speeder engine on the back
- 2 lamp kind of things on the back from one of the scenery kits.
- Gun barrel is from the war hound turbolaser with some other part attached to it no clue where its from just found it in my bits box.
