nope. I don't have that sort of money spare, got to renew my motorbike insurance, renew my CBT, and buy a new bike jacket this weekend. then I want to get some sylvaneth bits, after that I will start saving up for my house. buying a new phone would be counter productive
Twelve monkeys, eleven hats. One monkey is sad.
Not tried it as I don't own a smartphone, but it's cool that it seems to be getting people out and about and socialising and you know what? The world is pretty darn sh1t lately, so if it's something that can distract people and give them some much needed fun and escapism then more power to em' I say! f**k the haters.
Please support a Poor starving musician and buy my new album for only £5 :

I think it will do wonders for people's fitness

Convinced me to take a 40 minute stroll around Docklands. That's no mean feat!
Or indeed feet.

Productive morning!
Amongst sundry captures, an Eevee, Kakuna, Weedle, Bell Sprout and a Hypno.
Magmar keeps showing as close, and a couple of new water type nearby on my walk across Docklands.

Saw a group of late teens/early twenties clearly chasing pokemon round outside a shopping centre last night. It's kinda awesome.
Been watching the pokemongosheffield twitter feed just to see what's available locally (apparently you can get a dratini outside one of the hospitals, the parks all seem to have squirtles in).
Not buying a phone just to join in though.

My daughter and I were walking about collecting Pokemon yesterday, very good fun and she gets so excited when she finds one. Whe we were decideding on a name, she wanted sparkle. As you can imagine, that was already taken. So was sparkle with several numbers. So was shine. So was shine with many numbers. so was lyria and Onchao (from what I assumed was a niche kids TV show my daughter watches - not as niche as I thought) as was just about every other name we could think of in 20 minutes. We eventually settled on TV unit, after using any bloody word in sight that we could try. What was funny though was that we had already tried front door, but it was already taken, doubtless by someone else typing in anything around them in frustration.
They have to have unique names?
