the minutemen never offered a mission beyond liberate/defend this settlement, there was no game to be had with them. and the other factions all sucked.

Ask not the EldarGal a question, for she will give you three answers, all of which are puns and terrifying to know. Back off man, I'm a feminist. Ia! Ia! Gloppal Snode!
from whom? all I ever got was the same old stuff on repeat.

Kill Kellogg, get his brain scanned, go to Virgil, kill the courser, go talk to Tinker Tom at the railroad who will analyse it, go back to Virgil, get the plans for the teleporter, give them to Sturges and follow from there & you will destroy the Institute with the Minutemen.
I am looking forward to these other two huge games Bethesda are going to do, will be nice to shake it up a bit. Skyrim was fun but Fallout 4 just felt too thin and soulless to me. a bit more variety of open world games would be awesome. some nice sci fi perhaps.

I think it's my favourite out of the three Fallouts I've played, followed by FO3. I'd say the FO3 story was better, but the FO4 world is much better and more engaging, and the settlement stuff is great fun. I'd love a good scifi open world game though.

see I found the world to be empty and totally unengaging. you couldn't interact any way other than shooting, it didn't really feel alive to me. bit dead and barren. and the factions all annoyed the hell out of me. usually you want to be the min protagonist, but in this I just found all their problems so stupid and tedious, they should have acted like grown ups and sorted themselves out.
