    excellent.

just finished Shadow Warrior, thoroughly enjoyed it. a surprisingly poignant end though for a game in which you spend your time slicing body parts off daemons. rather nice end theme too

    Ahhh, Resident Evil.

Loooong time since I last played (the superb GameCube version) and it's still great fun. Save system is taking a bit of getting used to of course - I think we've been horribly spoiled by auto save games!

Right. Off to take down that sodding shark.

continuing my mission of adding games to my library for a few pounds each, I picked up Ryse. Unfortunately just a bit bland. looks nice, but every single enemy is killed essentially the same way, and with a quick time event execution. there isn't much variation, and by the end of the first mission you are already sick of seeing them. it was going to be a kinect game, and they ditched that at the last minute and just went with standard controls. whilst waving your arms about stabbing people would have been fun, with a control pad it just lacks depth.

Also bought Spec Ops the line, one of last gen's finest shooters. but the Steam code I ordered on ebay wont work over here, and the seller is wanting me to jump through a ridiculous number of hoops for a £2.99 key. screenshot of the error message, screenshot of my steam library, of my list of licenses, of my IP address, all to confirm I really haven't used it.

Its all BS to avoid paying out, there was a thread on r/pcmr not long back about someone having same problem with a much higher priced game. Is there not a cheap copy on GOG?

should be getting a refund soon, I think they were genuinely trying to find a solution, but it was rather misguided as I had already shown it didn't work over here. there is no way round that basic point. picked it up for £3.20 from another seller.

I do have a sexy new mouse though

Same as a normal mouse, just your hand is in a more natural position without twisting your bones
