In the brb the objectif 43 is worth 3vp but in the DE deck is 1vp is it normal ?

the codex specific cards should only change the 1,1 to 1,6. if anything else differs then it is most likely a misprint/typo there where (and possibly are) a number of errors with the main cards for objectives and psykic powers. if in doubt always go with what is written in the rule book
