yeah. I have played it through multiple times on xbox, but have heard often that the PC version is ridiculously better, so at that price you really can't say no. not getting the DLC just now because I don't know if I would play it through again (fourth time) enough to justify it, shall download it, give it a try, and see. Just bought Space Hulk, Skyrim, and both Starcraft 2s, so shouldn't spend any more really.

just loaded up Skyrim, amazed at how small the download is. was very disappointed when it auto selected low graphics, then found low graphics are still better than the Xbox 360 version... and it still runs perfectly smoothly. will have to try some mods too.

also did the first mission of Space Hulk. it works exactly like the board game, some people aren't impressed, but really it does exactly what you expect it to. I quite like the grainy shoulder cam feed in the top right hand corner for whichever terminator you have selected.

Don't forget to pick up the free Skyrim High-Resolution Texture Pack to make things that bit more pretty.

Also PCgamer have a nice summary of some mods:

The Humble Store also has a discount sale on.

I mentioned the steam sale to the wife, and she was "No." I'm a sad wolfie

    oh noes.
But there'll be another one in a fortnight or so

Got my enchanting and smithing up to 100 last night. So now all my armour is double enchanted daedric, with a soul trapping and paralysis dragonbone sword...
My glamorous vampyre assistant is running round in double enchanted full dragon scale.

Now for some serious hack & slash

No Skyrim for me until Saturday

I'm not sure if I like assistants, they either block me in a room, or get in the way of my warhammer...however they are useful for being a pack mule.

I just kinda think its cool having a vampyre follow me round. Especially when I was doing the dawnguard stuff

Just reading the mad week in skyrim thing thats a link off that 50 mods link. Hilarious doesn't begin to cover it.

I agree, I find them more hindrance than help

    Wait at my house.
Now I've cleared the dungeon follow me, you won't need armour for this...

Companion: Do you really need that bucket?
