There you go, if you open one in the 40k board then we should be cool.![]()
Red like roses, fills my dreams and brings me to the place where you rest...
Just got a resin cast of the Oxayotl sculpt I did back from caster, good news as it means I can finally knuckle down and paint it.
I'll get some photos up as and when I have them, but for those of you curious here's a photo fo the sculpt I did.
EDIT: ARGH! damn thing is being annoying and keeps uploading a different file from the one I selected, I'll sort it out later.

Avatars of war lizard finished and all sent off a while back I thought I'd upload a photo of my very last green.
I've made some major changes since this photo, removed the larger eye and scaled it down to match the normal sized one.
I've also sculpted all her hair now too. I'm just left with a chain that I got from Clair's accessories (don't judge me!) and the hands and then she's finished.

"Paws off ma cheeze!"
She looks lovely, no doubt even lovelier with even-sized eyes. Can't wait to see her finished.![]()
Ask not the EldarGal a question, for she will give you three answers, all of which are puns and terrifying to know. Back off man, I'm a feminist. Ia! Ia! Gloppal Snode!
Your sculpting is really really good..... but IMO your arms need work, the low point about the 2nd lizard dude is his arms and on the woman, they are too low. The thumb should be in-line with the groin when the arms is held straight down, the photo may be decieving, but it looks like it's too long to me.
Great stuff though and I do love the lizardman thing it's just the arms look a little "off" (I much prefer the first lizard dudes arms), I think it's because there is more "shape" to them, less straight up and down....
Anyway, please don't take offense, just trying to be consructive.

The human model I use on my scale chart (Anete) actually has her hands (just after the scafoid) begin at groin level.
I can PM you the link if you'd like to see, can't post it here due to nudity.
As for the Lizardman, yeah, the arms are deliberately constructed far longer than they would be on a person, but so far the feedback I have has been much more in favour of this piece over the first one. Trouble is not everyone always likes the direction you take a model in.
