Not sure why Eldar or Tau should be crying over this Edition.

From every thing I have seen both of those armies Infantry get big boosts. True Guardians are not ever going to get back their 24 inch range Shuriken Catapults but I believe that they will get an addition 4 more inches and maybe a -1 Armor Save.

Space Marine players should be liking some of those unit Detachments that could allow them to field some hard hitting Dreadnaughts. The Battalion Detachment allows for 6 of them and the Patrol does the same.

Plus the Eldar still have the best set of units to fill out that Brigade Detachment.

3-5 Headquarters - Avatar, Autarch & Farseer
6-12 Troops - Very easy to fill.
3-9 Elites - Also many choices here as well
3-5 Fast Attack - Vypers plus other units
3-5 Heavy Support - Lots of choices here as well
0-2 Flyers - Not required but you still can field 1-2

Plus there are many more Detachments that we have not seen yet.
