Basic plan for the army? Kroot mercenaries. Krootzilla style!
How? Using the Tau empire codex and Imperial armour 4
Colour scheme with be a mix of muted greens and vibrant oranges....

Started some work on what will become a Stealthsuit unit, or as they are known in the 'Kindred of Solace', the 'Yautja Kindred'

Kroot are deffo not done enough, after my Krieg force I just had to do kroot, I wanted to do them a while ago but my skill werent good enough!

After a quick ole google search I see what you mean, thats an interesting idea, perhapds a Rogue Tau or even Catachan working alongside the kroot!

Yea, I had done a few Kroot/Predator conversions a while ago for a 28mm Inq campaign I was playing in, when I started this army and after having watched Predators I just knew I had to include a unit of Predators

why did you base your models before painting~?

It was kinda accidental, I didn't have any other base available (Although some have now been rebased)
Dont worry about it too much, I'm going for a swamp/marsh theme with the basing, once its all painted it should look alright, the hunters are nearly done now so I will get a wip of them up soon!

I'm tempted to change the list slightly and drop the Goaded Knarloc and replace (with some points shifting) 2 Carnosaurs (with kroot crew of course) armed with Smart missiles and rail guns - Broadsides counts as. Thi way I get some proper Anti tank in the army and still keep the krootzilla theme with 9 fairly big monsters in the army

yeah, noguchi is the ultimate bad-***. compact japanese business woman hated by the very people she tried to look after caught up in a predator training mission gone wrong, takes down most of a training pack with an injured predator, a load ALIENS trying to eat them, and is the only survivor. seriously, i love the original AvP, ALIENS, and Predator stuff. Proper tuff sci-fi!
