I've seen the Kastelan Robots and they look like contemptors that need to go on a diet.

Also the half track centaurs look weird.

The Kastelans look like go-bots... totally uninspiring looking IMO. They're rather static as well with an awkward shoulder-mounted weapon that kinda sticks up in the air ... awkwardly :P Also the "fists" are these little protruding gun nozzles out of a larger balloonish forearm.

I'm honestly seriously disappointed in the robots. I really don't know what happened. Everything else looks so fantastic, and fits with the overall scheme of the Skitarii well enough. Robes and bionics unify the whole army.

And then there's those fat robots. Like.. dang... I really hope it's like the Centurion, where it looks ugly in pics, but in person it's a lot cooler...

Battle Servitors look okay, at least they are non-humanoid, the rest doesn't really appeal - none of it really captures Blanche's art enough for me. Will probably pick the codex up for the backround.

I'm not so fond of the upper half of the wheeled servitors, but I'm certain I can make something cool out of them. (My first expensive thought is Ogryn bodies.)
