looks like wave 4 has been pushed back til 4th july....... aww man... another 3 weeks was hoping to get gaming with them ASAP.

but yay YT-2400 announced, means i dont need to pay £35 fior the shapeways one

What's the release date for wave 5, do we know yet ? I'm guessing closer to Christmas. I'm also guessing we will soon see two more previews of ships for wave 5 as well, they usually come in 4s. I wonder what they will be.

I saw sept/Oct being thrown around in the FFG forum.... Would make sense with the rebel aces box being around that time.... Hopefully we will see an update to Y and tie adv even if its just a few extra pilot cards.

I really want the Y-Wing to have a crew slot, as without the Gunner the turret should be Fixed arc, normally to the rear.

The Advanced just suffers from the fact that the Interceptor exists as it was originally a prototype advanced TIE but they just mass produced the Interceptor instead, the better dial and attack means the Advance is always going to suffer unless they adjust the Pilot Skill:Points value ratio on it.

yeah seems weird that the BWing gets a two-seater variant while the Y doesn't

b wing 2 seater is only in aces though right?....off to double check pilot cards....

even though the 2 man B was covered in EU quite a bit... the Y is the obvious choice as a bomber with a gunner...... especially a clone wars remnant Y-BTL variant... of which i am making... very slowly (greenstuff and plasticard over the FFG Y wing.).

as for the adv just drop the missiles for another attack dice... would be a simple mod card.

ive not seen a release notice for them

there are a few alternatives though, my friend made a wooden frame an used a canvas with a star field print. it works pretty well.... didn't cost much either
