Master of the Forge question

Quick question about the Master of the Forge, just to make sure I got this right.

It says he comes equipped with a Servo Harness (but not a servo-arm). Since the entry for the Servo Harness says they get an 'extra' servo-arm, does that mean the Master of the Forge gets two servo-arms, even though one servo arm isn't explicitly stated in his wargear entry, and therefore he gets the extra attack from having two specialist weapons?
