Here's a recent commission I did.
The orc is a Reaper Miniatures model called Gakalrath (previously known as "Lesser Orc Sergeant). Would make a really nice ork boss...he looks very pissed about somthing.

Great job on the paint, your skill shading to show definition is very good.
