Playing it slow

Eager to play this amazing game my opponent and I skimmed through the rules and went on playing. After 7 or perhaps 8 games (4th session) one of the lurkers noticed that we didn't really play it as it said in the rules. We then realized that the rules gave every termie, stealer, and blipp 4/6 actions and not 4/6 actions for the whole team... The games are somewhat faster now

However, the game worked quite well in reduced speed and changes the dynamics quite a lot - no need for the hour-glass. But it is better as written.
