Can I take two magical armour pieces if one were a Shield and the other armour? For instances Armoured of Destiny and Enchanted Shield.

No. You are allowed one magic item from each section (weapons, armour, talismans etc). The only exceptions are special characters and magic weapons which count as paired weapons. So as both class as magic armour, you can only take one.
