    Default Psychic Powers and Reserves...

I have always wondered about this. If I am playing an eldar army and I keep my farseer in reserve, on the turn he becomes available will he be able to use his Psychic Powers (ie fortune and doom). The reason I ask this is the different powers say "use at the start of the turn", but what is considered the start of your turn? Thanks in advance!

no he doesn't get to use them, at the start of the turn he is off the board.

You need the model to be in play for it to have any affect in game.

Models with rules that can be used in reserve will have that stipulation put into their unit entry.

    Farseers do not have this.

Yeah, I was almost 100% sure that it was the case, I just think its silly that the psychic powers cant be used during the movement phase instead of "at the beginning of the turn"...sigh. Anyways, thanks a lot for responding
