No immobilized? Interesting! I kinda like the idea of buying scenery...just not 'buying' scenery. Yay for plastic cups as bastions!

The buying of scenery is an interesting idea, opens up a range of tactical wossnames. Also might encourage GW to release some sodding xenos terrain.

With pre-measuring, full fire effect after movement and rapid fire being half-range for the double-tap, I think Tau players are about to become very very happy.

Also xenos terrain would be lovely.
I'd get at least 1 of any terrain piece for each of my armies.

Imperial ruins and terrain are great but I'd like some Necron or Tyranid stuff...I hate building terrain from scratch.

    Dark Eldar slave pit?

I agree, would love to see some non imperial terrain too. Building a crone or maiden world themed board would be awesome.

    Physic powers good...

No imoblising seems a bit wierd. Gives transports a major buff, all tanks seem more survivable as well.

No templates in snap fire seems really silly. Surely if the enemy is running at you a flame thrower is a really good weapon?

Rapid fire becoming half range is good for 30" Tau guns

Man, now I really want to see what the psychic powers are going to look like. My Grey Knights hunger for more power!

My question is it says the powers are in addition to current powers.

But is that 2 powers from the dex AND these new ones and choose the 2 a turn to cast

    OR

Is it choose your 2 from the codex to cast a turn PLUS the new ones (maybe 3 powers a turn)

Probably it will be two spells with the choice of what you've paid for + what you generate randomly from the psychic powers deck (and perhaps a signature power). It might make it harder to choose what to cast, but that in turn makes it more tactical. I mean I can't remember the last time my Farseer cast anything but Fortune or Doom excluding one or wo mind wars for lulz.

Believes it when I sees it!

Certainly seems Codex Necrons was written knowing the new rules, so why the Symbiotic Repair on the Command Barge, if you can't Weapon Destroyed or Immobilise mmm?

Grey Knights = Space Marines with training wheels

They don't need any more cheese added to their plate...

(No offense intended, just a simple shameless anit-Grey Knight Troll)
