Paladins how should I use them?

Whats the best way to employ paladins. Should I reserve them and deepstrike them? Put them in a Land Raider? or just march them across the board?

It really depends on unit size. If your taking a full squad then walking or combat squad-deep striking is both viable, if your taking only 4 to 5 in the unit then look for a transport, Stormravens or Landraiders are good for this, At 5 man strength they will eat the high firepower shots and the mass of low power ones as well.
