Just got my october copy of white dwarf, and came across this:

Actually it should be both - the rumor for quite a while has been that GW is designing both books at the same time - since they are supposed to be blood foes. I would however expect beast to drop first and then WE, but the 2010 fantasy rumour schedule is kind of sketchy at the moment.
