600 point game, Thoughts?

So theres a 600 point game coming up in 2 weeks that I plan on participating in. I wanted to run Panzerkompanie, but that is impossible to do with 600 points (based off late-war fortress europe book).
I took to an American armored rifle company pretty quickly, so I thought I'd put it out here and see what you guys think.

HQ un-altered 25pts.

2 Combat squads w/ 1 rifle team each 190*2=380

4 M5A1 stuarts = 190

====== 595 pts.

I figure Ill have enough bazooka teams to deal with armour, plus the 2 M3 37mm guns, the stuarts for flanking and attacking armor/artillery. Simple but effective. Criticism encouraged!

Looks good, I have tried a similar list and it works OK.
Lacking smoke can suck but if yuo combine all the MGs and Stuarts you can probably smash things good.
