Default Apoc Question - whats the best way to kill...

    A Thunderhawk?

Using a Chaos Army all possibilities would be considered.

Its a flier, so shooting at it with anything but an AA mount is pretty useless. You could always wait till it lands then pound it as well.

Fact is, its big and tough and worth all 900pts just on its sheer ability to survive!

Wait till it lands, then lascannon it. Predators, Havocs, or maybe even Obliterators would do well.

Not chaos but I lost a Thawk in 1 turn to 2 ork fightabombas.
Just get some AA weapons in the air with it. Failing that, Hydras.

I've got to say that my friend who plays it normally stuffs it with 30 Assault Marines so can't see it landing overmuch.

Use Hell Talons ... 2 or 3 of them ... they make fine T-Hawk hunters

The Necron Pylon would also make short work of one!
