AdMech Rough Riders

Hey all,
Just got 5 of these guys in the mail today

Gonna convert them up to be used as Rough Riders in my AdMech Guard Army.. Any one know of any sort of Lance weapon (or equivalent) bits i can find online (preferably in the US).. would be awesome if they were sorta mechanical looking too, rather than just the spear looking stock RoughRider Lance.
Have enough power weapons (swords and axes), so may just use those, but thought i'd throw it out here first!
