Dark Angel Attack Bikes question

Howdy, lurker and new 40k player here with a recently-completed Dark Angels army. I've decided to dive in headfirst and enter War Games Con, but after reading an insanely massive rules argument about Ravenwing Attack Bikes and Land Speeders, I decided it would be good to ask for a ruling on this in advance. The argument seems to be between the DA codex pg 23 and pg 27 descriptions of combat squads. On pg 23, the FAQ removed the sentence about combat squads becoming scoring, but left pg 27's description stating that Ravenwing AB/LSs purchased as part of Ravenwing Attack Squadrons are always scoring.

TL;DR - Would Ravenwing Attack Bikes be counted as scoring units at WGC?
