Thats' pretty much the question. I know in previous editions a Tomb King on a Chariot could join a unit of Skeleton Chariots, but where is the rule allowing this in 8th edition? I've read the rules about what units you can join on page 97, but it says if you are in a Chariot you can't join units...
EDIT: NVM, there's a rule in the TK book that covers that.
