Is there an Online Eldar Forum?

I'm looking at starting to paint up a new Eldar army ... Saim-Hann more than likely. Can anyone recommend a forum with good painting/army building information for them?

Couldn't find anything that looked particularly useful either using the search here, or using Google ... any help would be appreciated.

I've gotten a good bit of useful Eldar info on Warseer. There's a Eldar Tactical thread that has quite a bit of information just there. Now, that's mostly playing info, not so much modeling and painting. BigRed posted a good article here on BoLS about starting Eldar that was helpful in list starting.

The 40konline forums used to be Eldar Online, but they have since switched to general 40k.

Marines have Bolter and Chainsword
Tyranids have Warp Shadow and Tyranid Hive
Orks have Dakka Dakka
Tau have Advanced Tau Tactica
Eldar kinda have 40kOnline as it still has a slightly higher than normal Eldar following
