Was there ever an official ruling on Psyker Battle Squad members counting towards the +X assualt value on the Culexus Animus Speculum? I.E Would a Psyker Battle Squad with 6 models count +6 to the number of attacks or would the unit as a whole count as a +1 ?

Every Sanctioned Psyker counts, but their minder doesn't. So generally Squad Size -1.
