2011: Inquisition 6-0-1 ; Imperial Guard 7-0-2 ; Dark Eldar 0-0-0
As long as it doesn't break the normal Force Org, yes, it's fine to use both allies at once as far as I've ever seen.
There is an issue with multiple assassins, though, as it's expressly forbidden to have more than one even with both allies.
Thanks.
I don't take the Assassin unless I run an HQ Inq Lord. And yes, I know that is one per list.

I thought GW said NO to allies when they made witchhunters and demonhunters online pdfs?
Incorrect. Theoretically, that means you have to have the hardcopies instead of just the .pdf to use allies. But I believe GW has explicitly said they weren't revoking the ability to use allies. I'd look it up and link it, but I can't get to their site at work. ::grumble grumble IT sucks grubmle::
The .pdfs were for the public so GW didn't have to reprint the Codex. They took out the Allied sections because they were getting ready for 2011 Inquisition's updates.
As long as you have the actual codex, you use whatever is in it...only a few more months and then Allies will probably be non-existent. I hope not but...

I would hope they were removed from the inquisitorial codexes. I prefer to play an all sisters list with Inquisitorial storm trooper/ Adeptus Arbites (shotgun storm troops) representing inducted forces.
The Grey knights would be too powerful otherwise. Buy up big on Guard, and support with a small strategicl group of Grey knights and inquisitors that bosst the guard. No thanks, I would not play against a force of them - too easy to make a cheasy arm list.
They are going to be fast striking drop and teleport army that uses small drop ships, drop pods, teleporting units, and a limited number of tanks and dreadnoughts. With the current trend, special characters will boost the army to allow special rules, and bonuses that will make them a nightmare to go against.
Why don't they include Grey Knight Scouts and initiates. They are a space marine chapter. A specialised one that battles daemonic incursions, but they still need to replentish their ranks, and get those initiates blooded and experienced in battle some how. They could lower the cost of some of the troop types for Grey Knights, and give them some flexability with snipers with daemonic killing rounds, etc.
Just a thought. LOL
it is quite possible that the grey knight training, when completed, places you directly into the power armor.
Grey knights are better than your average bear-- it is possible that their 'scout' training is more rigorous. Also, since grey knights generally do not infiltrate (that's the inquisitor's henchmen job), scout training maybe skipped.
