No Ulric miniature leaks yet?
AD-B's Night Lord's omnibus and Chris Wraight's Battle of the Fang are rad. Also, Blood Gorgons (?) was quite interesting.
I got the email but I'm now obvs gonna get like 10 family members to sign up. Clever Forge World.
Nicest variant yet. Hope the bring out the heavy knight on a different chassis.
Phil at Too Fat Goblinz in Stafford, UK had one left as of this morning. Cracking hobby shop and top bloke.
The Space Marine as dinosaurs never existed.
Mjod!
Sweet. See you tomorrow!
Ok, two days worth of rice salad in a cool bag then. :)

Thanks for all the input!
I've had an itinerary drawn up since they...
Yeah, Nottingham is pretty good. I'm less than an hour away and really should get over there more. Stopping with a mate who lives 10 mins away from the Belfry so should be ok!
Hey folks,
Just wondering if any veterans of the 2013 Horus Hersey Weekender in Nottingham had any advice to make the 2 days go smoothly?
What were your experiences, anything to avoid?
Cheers...
Locally Facebook is where it's at for organising games, showing off painted minis, slating GW and converting to Warmahordes. Twice now dedicated forums have been built and twice they have started off...
I understand that folks have different levels of skill and motivation when putting kits together but I think removed mould lines and drilled barrels generally make a miniature look twice as good.
A guy at our club had the same dilemma with the exact same short list as yourself. The almost unanimous consensus was for the Glaive. I think if you are after something special that will stand out...
I do think these look better than the destructors. The CC weapons seem to compliment the bodies more.
Boom! Got my ticket. Was gutted I couldn't make last year's event, looked the bomb!
I would say that the style of painting that you see from Forge World differs from that of the 'Eavy Metal team by being a bit grittier. I tend to think this ties in well with the more grown up tone...
Good one! I shall lurk the sh!t out of that. Sound move. X
Voted for Russ, I love the richness of the Rout in the HH novels and the tales of him on and off the field of battle are sweet but I would have liked to have had more info on the Wolf King in the HH...
Wasn't Event Horizon originally written as a Warhammer 40k film?
I like to think melta based weapons are very nearly silent until they start melting stuff.
I would love a Magnus with a point of articulation in the lower spine. Really like all the primarchs released so far, bodes well for the Sons of Russ. So many I'm looking forward to. Will limit...
I voted IV. Love how aggressive the helmet looks. 2nd fave is MKII, not as bulky as III but still brutal looking. Hope the Rout get a special unit in at least one of these variants.
I'm waiting for the Vlka Fenryka to arrive. I would like to see the Wolf King, a Cormek Dod Contemptor, some Rout specific Cataphratii terminators and a power armour unit, oh, and maybe some Bullock...
Deffo some deep power electronics for the Emperor's Children, Whitehouse, wolf eyes or suttcliffe jugend. Then a mix of classical and Aphex Twin style IDB for rest of the Imperium then some 80's/90's...
