Drop a terminator from each of the squads, and the incinerators. Add psybolt ammo to both Ravens for the +1 str on the cannons and you should be good to go.

Except that in most cases that 2 wound t4 model has a 2+ cover, at least if you're running any sort of competitive Draigo type wing as most should have a techmarine.
