Why would I care about fuel? I don't drive.
Because gas, coal, and oil are fuel.
If costs of fuels go up, then costs of groceries go up.
Fuel poverty includes lighting and heating your abode.

There is a lot of silly whining. But I have to admit as new editions go it is a bit flat. It seems like a giant FAQ that does little to address actual, genuine issues with the ruleset. I mean T3 armies that ely on cover are just ****ed. It really isn't doing much to lure me away from WFB which is a shame, Valedor really re-ignited my passion for eldar which has been flagging lately. Hardly worth playing though when certain armies just have to shoot at my stuff to kill it, Dark Eldar moreso than craftworld. so meh. I don't think it is a catastrophe but I'm not sure it is worth upgrading either.
