Yeah I'm kind of bored with it too to be honest, it usually just brings out the closet sexists. As I said 40k is one of the better sci-fi settings for treatment of women in general terms, inclusion in the actual literature is another issue.
As an Imperium (that's every aspect) player. I don't feel like I am not including women at all.
I have a huge army of Sororitas, my Guard are about 50% female (thank you High Elves), who knows what the Mechanicum are anymore, but my Space Marines are a solo sausage fest, and I, for one, see no problem with that...?

Yup. The problem is with the model range and codex characters more than the background. I mean with Eldar you have no gender discrimination but all of one female character in the codex and only a handful of female sculpts in the model range (Banshees, Jain zar, two Guardian torsos) and with Dark Eldar you have two female characters in the codex but a 50/50 split in the model range. With IG you have basically no female models at all despite most planets having female or mixed gender regiments.
I think the trouble with Space Marines is only that the in-universe explanation is complete nonsense so people keep saying 'well why not?'.
But I'll say again, no one here works at Games Workshop, if you want to be heard to have to shout in the right ears.
Not saying otherwise. I'd rather like someone to raise these issues (the model range and characters, not FSM) with them at the next Q&A at Gamesday.
Games Day isn't having me there for a while, until it bucks it's ideas up.

No, the house with the annex and the pub both went. There is a garden shed adn garden enough to expand that. But certainly conservatory could fit a nice 6'4' table for dinner guests (obvs ;) )
