The week so far is not overly endearing itself to me.
The weather is lovely and I'm having the day off. Hard to complain.

Most of my colleagues are sh!t and lazy at their jobs, I've been on the open shift all week so far (bar today), so that means that I'm up at 4, which is really not a good time to get me angry. At work for 5 to open the kitchen, and do AM cleaning tasks. Didn't realise that I was also cleaning up after the closing staff too!
The Kitchen Manager is away, which has left the most incompetent and lazy person ever in charge. He has f'ed up the stocks, made everyone pissed off, and just generally being a hindrance.
I cannot wait for him to go so that I can step up and correct the kitchen. I've been talking to the Kitchen Manager, who is promoting me as soon as the other guy leaves (in two weeks), then I get his responsibilities.
The incompetent superior guy showed me how the ordering system works, and I honestly don't know how you can f*ck it up, it basically does it itself from our stock counts, AND how does it take him so long?!?! I did it in 10 minutes.
And this incompetent superior guy has been on the closes that I am complaining about, on potwash, which is no place for a superior, he should be leading the kitchen, I wouldn't actually be so angry if he was any good at potwash. Each morning I've had to rewash 80% of the plates because he just leaves sh*t all over them! Dried eggs and mushy peas and sauce. Stuff like that.
It just makes me angry, I can't wait for him to f*ck off.

Time to call in Gordon Ramsay? I too can't stand when I have to work with incompetent people. Especially when they're superiors. Happens a lot in my field sadly.

Spent a fair amount of my childhood at a Scout Camp (parents were Scouters), and that mostly involved tearing round the army built assault course! Gave me and my brother quite the advantage on Scout Camps, as we knew every obstacle, every shortcut and every cheat possible (climbing wall, put rope in your teeth, take it up after you!)
So pretty keen to get going on this one!
