Business idea for Kirsten, create post points where she lives and sell them to TNOs so they can claim resendency in IoM for a small %. As, the architect of this brilliant business plan I think should of course get royalties.
Also did everyone see the article on the beeb the other day? If you work overtime those extra hours you should recieve holiday (or holiday pay in lieu) at the same rate that you would normally get it. i.e. if you get paid 1.5x over time them then would accrue 1.5x holiday rate.
Neh, that just sounds like it would make my manager more likely to say "no, I won't approve this as overtime, if you want to stay late to get the work done then do it off your own back" as it's more expensive to him...

Started my own business 5 years back. Probably a lifer now as once you successfully go independent its nearly impossible to go back. Of course now my 100's of customers are all mini bosses. But the great thing is that if one annoys me I fire them. God bless self employment. :p

Does anyone else ever get random words stuck in their head like a bad song, I've had the words flensing knife on repeat for a fair while, I looked it up and it means skinning knife basically, don't even know where I heard it the first time

I also get paranoid that everyone around me can hear my thoughts and is thinking I'm an idiot because I just keep thinking that same word over and over.
yes I do wish you would stop thinking that, the echo is terrible, very distracting.
so, I've just seen Interstellar... wow... just plain wow... off with you to the cinema and watch it, even those who regularly don't - this is totally worth it.
