For those who do table top roleplay, the bickering between the Guardians will feel instantly familiar.
foolish child, always forge dad's signature they're used to seeing mum's...

Imagine if in “Frozen” when Anna’s heart finally freezes, Elsa, horror struck and filled with grief began to hold her and sing a reprise version of “Do You Want to build a Snowman.”
Cause I feel like it’d go like this:
Elsa:
….Yes I wanna build a snowman….
…And ride our bikes around the halls…
…It’s because I cared for you….
…I hid from you…
…And now you took the fall…..
…I wanted to protect you….
…Now look at you…
…Frozen by my own hands….
*Pauses looking at her hands*
…Yes I wanna build a snowman…
…And play outside in all the snow…
…I wanted just to hold you close….
…Open up my door…
…Because I loved you most…
…I was always lonely….
…Not anymore…
…Cause now I can finally see…
…I want to build a snowman …
…One more time Anna please……….
*cries*
Dude it's been out for months.
I haven't.
And not especially interested in seeing it.
yeah me neither, Cinema Sins was enough for me :)
I've borrow the DVD from my sister, but with Sharknado 2: The Second One, and Arachnoquake there really isn't enough time
I couldn't persuade a friend to go and see it and didn't want to look like a massive paedo by going on my own, none of my video streaming services have it to rent and I don't want to pay 15 quid for a DVD unless I already know I like it, so I'm stuck waiting for it to either be on TV or for one of the streaming services to pull their finger out.
buy it, it is awesome
But I only have your word, and that of everyone else in the word, for that. I'm also slightly self conscious about having Disney DVDs in the collection of a single 30 year old man
bahh, buy it second hand from somewhere like CEX then, it will be cheaper assuming of course you have such places that specialise in deal in traded in DVD,s and such where you live.
And I consider it to be the best Disney Animated Film they've put out since The Lion King which brought tears to my eyes when I watched it in the cinema 20 years agoe, and still does to this day.
The wench has declared a lack of interest, so until it comes on TV without clashing with something I want to watch I doubt I'll be seeing it anytime soon...

My mate Martin has like ALL the Disney films. Alright, yes, he might be married, but they're not really the wife's thing. He also has pretty much every Qwertee about Disney, whereas mine are all Legend of Zelda and How to Train Your Dragon.
Frozen is the bestest! I do like wreck it Ralph a lot too, they need to make a spinoff about not-FemShep though.
Currently still obsessed with Girls und Panzer.
Just of no interest.
If someone else is watching it and I'm in the same room - no objection. Just not really on my radar.
And in other news - I have perfected my Toad in the Hole batter. Doesn't rise too much, beautifully crisp exterior (including the base), and densely fluffy on the inside. Poifect!
So poifect, I'll be having it every week this month. Because Toad in the Hole.
Yes.
Its all the singing that ruins disney films though...
Anyway, behold this and weep

I am toad in the hole-ing it on Tuesday.
The difficulty is finding the right sausage, might I saus-gest the mighty Gloucester sausage.
The biggest hazard to the batter is the amount of fat that comes from the sausage, too much and it makes it all soggy too little and it just sticks to the pan and is thin :(
having no idea what you're talking about, reading Toad in the Hole and that it involves a sausage gave me all the wrong ideas... :D
True that, and it's often the one thing you can't really account for.
Currently just using Tesco's own, as I'm being cheap this month (hideously overspent on toys and fun!). Next month? It'll be up the Butcher's to get more intestine casings and cuts of pork for to make my own sossies. Then I'll be having fully home made Toad in the Hole.
And to those (probably very, very few) who have never had Toad in the Hole, or have only had the frozen version, you don't know what you're missing! Simple to prepare too!
Frozen version - ok in a pinch, but do try your hand at making your own!
And don't follow Nigel Slater's recipe. It's mank. Plus, he has a TV show called 'Simple Suppers' which should be referred to the Advertising Standards Agency, on account Mr Slater appears to be the only person in the world to habitually keep Unicorn Tears, Badger Spaff and Cyclops Scrotes in his larder.....

Also, a proper onion gravy is essential.
Plus butter in the mash. Margarine is an abomination.
Costco have like 10kg jars of Nutella. I've never been into a costco but I sort of want to...
Margarine really is an abomination. Stop using it unlss yo literally can't afford butter.
*cough* is a vegetarian *cough*
No, no onions ever anywhere...
need milk in the mash as well not just butter.
I'm sorry for your loss TDA.
One of the best things I ever did, I feel infinitely more healthy. :D
Silver top or better.

Cheating the mash at the moment. Being a single bloke, I don't get through bags of spuds quick enough. So I'm going to experiment a bit with Smash. Yes, yes I know. Dirty. But worth a bash.
Also in agreement about Onion Gravy - it's delish.
And mustard powder in the batter mix (much or as little as you like), and then smeared on the sausages when serving, before pouring over the gravy.
Got to love classic British cooking. We're not daft! (do you reckon bacon wrapped sossies would help the overall experience??)
