Thanks.:) We make this thing with honey, cayenne pepper, garlic and ginger stewed i nwater till syrupy. Incredibly potent taste but seems to help with the worst of sore throats, what it doesn't fix painkillers take care of. Will try salt water gargling too.
It's not the most pleasant of activities, but works.
That's an interesting family concoction! Potent is the word that comes to mind. Bet it clears sinuses really well too. :)
