So I have just had a great conversation, one part of the executive agency has asked me to provide an analysis and figures, and I did. This conflicts with another part of the same executive agency who spend an entire month producing compared with my 2 days.
So when this longer one complains about the accuracy of data, I enquired where they got their data from and then pointed out that they were still using the same raw data that I was produced in the same way from the same equipment, just I can access it directly and they get it via a 3rd party.
Amazingly, their concerns about the accuracy of my data rapidly evaporated.

Because I am awesome and they are not. Because they have made it into a job when it really shouldn't be but this is how civil servants work.
We also end up with different numbers, though mine are better (I may be baised). This part of the excutive agency I have butted heads with in the past and concluded that they are as useful as chocolate fireguards.

Bunch of DVDs delivered yesterday. I know this because of Amazon's website. Apparently left with a neighbour. But no delivery note card left in my postbox, so I don't know which one. And there's 14 flats in total in my building. And there's a good chance the only person at home when they attempted to deliver was the Thieving Crackhead........

It's partially on me - should have got it delivered to work (did that with my X-Wing stuff, first of which has started to arrive...).
