well I didn't tell them that, I have kept my customer side separate to my work side. they should get it right regardless.

TBH they never got it right when I bought my 3ds...

I bought the first preowned one from the store I work in to use my discount. when it turned out to be faulty I got a refund on to a gift card whilst waiting for a replacement. when the replacement turned out to be the wrong one I decided to use the gift card on the website instead of waiting for someone to get round to sending one to the store.

no replies as yet no. It seems like the wii remotes that I ordered two of have gone up in price since the original order, so I suspect somebody has decided that the replacement needs to match the amount I spent, rather than what I actually ordered. waiting for them to get back to me though.

yeah I will be chasing it up anyway. if the emails let me down today then I will phone them up, I can get the staff customer service number from the store and start chasing them directly.
