I feel like there's fewer banned words in the Vatican than around here.:p

We actually had a thread for that somewhere at one bit
How about 'buggering arseholes'
Is an Abba-cuss like a Razzlestack but with more variety?
File under things that sound horrible out of context but are perfectly acceptable in a video game:
"I locked a man in a room with glass walls and watched until he died."
Actual context: Playing Sims 4 and opting for an Evil person, I went with an aspiration called "Public Menace" or something like that. Along with progressing in the Criminal career and stuff like that, it requires you to witness the death of someone else. Well, I wasn't about to wait my whole life for that. I had a couple of people who'd pissed off my Sim upon arriving in town, so I targeted one of them first (funny enough, he was the husband of someone who was quite friendly toward my Sim) and locked him in a bathroom in the museum, after breaking the sink and toilet. Apparently you need space to die, so after three in-game days when I let him out from frustration, he made a beeline to the side of the street and died, before I could get to him. Meh. So then I targeted another guy who looked like a roided-up douchebag and had laughed once too often while stopping my Sim from slapping the crap out of him. Invited him over to my Sim's place, talked him up, asked him to check out this nice clear room... then left it and locked it. Took a few days but he finally keeled over for good. The Grim Reaper showed up, I chatted him up and made a friend with Death itself, and that was it. Aspiration achieved!
The Sim is also Mean and a Kleptomaniac, who apparently carried a large Bag of Holding and/or Pym particles, because so far she's* stolen multiple liquor cabinets from bars, two DJ booths, a set of knight armor, two large televisions, a couch, multiple loveseats and benches, various plants, an entire floor's worth of art from a museum, and plenty of chairs, plus a couple of computers (well, four, but she sold two for some nice cash). Virtually the entire house is stocked with stolen items, and the highlight was when a friend (and coworker) came over to visit and sat down and started using a computer taken from her home.
Bonus Evil points: Widow of the first "victim" invited my Sim over. Chatted her up, became very good friends, stayed the night, all that goodness... and every time I wasn't watching, my Sim would nab something (the couch she'd just been sitting in, the TV, and something else). I felt a slight bit of guilt when I saw a kid's room, but they didn't have kids, and she wasn't pregnant, so I'm not sure what that was about.
(Also, kudos to ol' Grim for, during the chat, saying, "I've been awful busy lately, all these new pools are drowning me in paperwork.")
*I play male and female Sims both. And a variety of sexual orientations (respectfully!). It allows for more stories to tell. And most of the time they're good people! It just felt like fun to play someone evil for a change, and a lady mob boss just sounded cool.
I found my first none quest wild fog crawler last night. Blew its legs off and killed it at leisure.
Pretty much finished farharbour, think there's a synth sidequest and a giant fogcrawler to hunt down. Went back to the commonwealth to do some upkeep with the newer items.
Built some nice barn accommodation at three farms, individual bedrooms for all, lot less space than the shacks I was using before. Then threw up some beacons, see if I can fill them with settlers.
Nope. It's the four members of ABBA swearing in union, when of course Gilbert was hoping to win an Abacus. For some reason.
Still not as bad as prize of a Cordless Screwdriver and Bag of Nails. Turned out to be a trouserless robotic driver for a prison guard, and Jimmy Nail's scrote.
Or the Public Toilet he was hoping for, when he won a rented cuddly toy licking a divebar.
I really need to do that when I get back to my settlements. Right now it's pretty much barracks-style, with any space large enough dedicated to lining up rows of beds for people to sleep in.
If I want to get really "cute" and micro-managing, I might rework some buildings so that people sleep where they work. I.e. shops have rooms above them and the merchants are assigned to them; farm is located close to farmers' sleeping quarters; etc.
I'll probably do that on my next playthrough with some of the better shop mods installed.
I finally got around to finishing my first FO4 playthrough last night, forgot most of what I'd done. Started a new one, just started the Minuteman quests, having fun shooting peeps and building things.
Yeah I think I'm at the point where I have to continue now or do endless repetition.
Random FO4 steam question. Does the season pass come with all of the DLC or just some of it? Not sure I if I want to spend the cash for it and only get most of the DLC.
All as far as I'm aware.

The part you quoted is what has me worried. Since it only lists the specific DLC. I mean sure it is cheaper than just buying those individually. I just don't really like purchased DLC. Although Blood and Wine for Witcher 3 is probably one of the few that has really impressed me. Totally worth it IMO.
Update. Bought the season pass and it only includes the three pieces it specifically talks about. Messaged steam and asked for a refund. The three pieces it does come with are cheaper to buy separately....
Only comes with three as only three are out. Others coming out end of this month, and then July and August. Season pass is for all six
Dunno. Normally with the pre-purchase doesn't it still show up as purchased though? (its been a while) When I clicked on them they acted like they were not part of my account or that I would have access to them. Eh, not a huge deal either way.
They've barely been announced its probably just down to that. I expect to get them with my existing season pass.
Shantae for the win!

enjoy...
Yeah, that's what's going on with it. The description was written at the time they only had three items to announce. They did say there'd be more, which has recently been announced, and that's why they bumped the price up.
The season pass might be on sale during the Steam sale. Otherwise, one possible option is G2A, where you can get one for under $30:

Just select someone with a high rating. I've gotten a few things through G2A and it's all been good. (Just avoid the "random Steam keys"... they're super-cheap for a reason. It's pretty much all cheap games you likely haven't heard of, most of which are meh.)
Played with the new stuff last night. Got all three of the new achievements.
Disappointed with the glass display cases - work like the skyrim ones so sooner or later whatever you put in it is going to vanish.
The weapon racks work quite nicely. Same for the armour. Power armour stand could have been lit better.
Lifts are fun to set up  Did take advantage of one to scrap everything at hangmans ally and rebuild from scratch. Looks terrible but three times the floor space now.
Set up a factory operation at the marina. Disappointed in the available clothes from the loom. Wanted to build mechanics overalls, farmhand outfits and army fatigues. None are available options.
Also enjoying finally having a non-broken glass window to use in building. Some of my bed sheds now have wonderful views over the wasteland.
I spent a long time and ridiculous amounts of concrete and steel building a factory at Red Rocket:

Really happy with it, walled up the side entranced, turrets at the main entrance and some guard posts with armed bots patrolling. a staircase up to the main building protected by a curtain wall which also hides generators and a water pump. First storey has a robot crafting station, second living area for the two human inhabitants, Piper and Tina de Luca with bathroom, beds and furniture. Then three storeys of factory space, most of which is empty because I'm suffering from steel, copper and screw shortages and I don't have the perks to build the factories I want yet.
Bankrolling everything with ten large water purifiers at Sanctuary, plus a bunch of market stalls.
I got the third scrapper perk last night, and the amount of materials you recover from scrapping weapons dramatically shoots up compared to scrapper two.
I remade my red rocket bar into a large conservatory :D
Put in a 3 story 3x3 block with displays on the ground floor, beds on the first floor and the second floor is currently empty(someone needs to re texture the lifts for proper numbering)
Think I might build the teleporter thing on the second floor.
Luckily my steel, wood and glass supplies are still huge. Did run out of concrete though from levelling all these places for building. Still mostly using barn walls.
Yup I need to put perks into that too, weapons are the easiest source of steel and screws. Clearing out a den of raiders or super mutants and getting 10 or so weapons usually nets about 80 steel with little effort with only one point in scrapper.
Post pics.:p I only just realised the barn set included glass windows which I would have used in my factory. Not sure if I can be bothered tearing the concrete windows out or hope someone makes a mod to add glass to them.
Concrete shipments are the way to go, cheap, abundant and much easier than hunting for bags of the stuff. Even better if you install the better shipments mod.
Think that's the warehouse set, the barn came with farharbour and has the clean intact wood walls.
Oh I know I went and got a couple from diamond city to continue. I find the clipping together of the barn walls better than the concrete ones so I'll probably have to go and remake the cinema for a second time. Without dropping power to the beta wave emitter, wouldn't want fluffy to go wild again.
I'll take some screenshots tonight. I might record some videos walking around at some point just to give a better idea.
Definitely going to have to grab some modded factorys at some point.
these posts make the building system seem far more attractive. maybe I will play it again at some point.
Just the added components make it much better than at release.
Looking at some of the building mods available adds even more choice, and better functionality.
My second game will be awesome :D
it wasn't exciting enough to finish a first play through, certainly wont be making a second :p
250 hours in and still haven't finished my first yet :D
good lord, madness :p
I probably played about 40
I've rebuilt sanctuary and starlight drive in twice.
Hangman's ally once.
Everywhere else just the initial build.
But now I'm trying to properly organise my settlements for various production.
Max out the farms. Max out the scavenging at the none farms. Surplus water wherever I can fit it.
definite madness
No madness was when I was chasing provisioners across the wasteland to dress them in the right outfit.
