the f2p account you have to sign up to to play. I think if you download it through steam these days you get a sony one. If you download it direct with an EU IP address you get a prosibian (or similar) launcher. which is an eu company running it on behalf of sony. But apparently its better to have the sony one, and you cant just transfer you have to set up from scratch
well the downloader says Sony Online Entertainment in the top left of the download box...
don't think I will be bothering with Planetside, I did the tutorial, pressed the instant action button as told, and then died seven times firing a grand total of one shot.
Don't try Dark Souls either, then.
