The latest TW:A isn't terribly resource hungry, so could run fine on a non-gaming machine.
Though becareful, laptops are more expensive and if you include the word "gaming" it goes up even higher.
And if you don't it probably doesn't have the right drivers, no dedicated graphics card and is even more hassle than its worth
