Personally I think needing a "don't care option" for those two questions reflects more poorly on you than the questionnaire itself.

None of it mattered. You know why? because the story was good.
Gta VI could be a revenge story of a trafficed asian prostitute and it wont matter as long as the story is still good.
Except 90% of the time those good stories are about guys and 80% of the time it is white guys. 99.9% of the time straight. It's really easy to care only about the story when you are abundantly represented.

I played skyrim as a female, I play in 1st person view so it isn't to stare at their arse either.
I love games where you can spend hours tweaking your character options.
But at the end of the day as long as the gameplay and the story is good it just doesn't matter.
Though it is lazy of short games like assasins creed to not give you an option whereas they can manage it in skyrim.

Theres that too, Wolfie, I play spartans in Alpha Centuari, And England in the civ games, but the fact they have female characters doesn't affect gameplay.
And in totalwar don't they just represent your faction with a symbol/banner?
Real medival sims there isn't so much a problem as its trying to reflect the actual history, Civ, especially the later ones, have a smattering of female leaders, but their animations do make them pouty and childish more often than their male counterparts.

Having designed surveys in the past it is sometimes very difficult to get out of your way of thinking. So questions are leading because there is obviously something wrong so people need to see it.

I have a choice to come with regards to where to go from here. This works single and multiplayer
At the moment it is written for Zdoom, which means that it can't have 3d floors, and it can't have server client multiplayer.
I can either go to GZdoom which would mean that the buildings could be improved and there is more functionality for foliage etc
However, I could go the other way and change it so that it runs with skulltag for internet multiplayer. Currently lots of changes
to the code would need to be made to do this, but it would be much better for multiplayer. If I go with single player then I can use
a hubbed system with, as far as I know, a pretty much infinite map size (just in blocks). But that would have no multiplayer. So yea.

They might have found a nasty bug that needs an emergency patch and toggling an already programmed 'Sold Out' button is a faster way of briefly taking it down than actually pulling it off the site and dealing with people complaining they can't find it?Quote:

If it wasn't already obvious, Bloodborne is pretty much the most hyped next gen game on the biggest gaming forum around right now, and for good reason it seems judging by all the gameplay impressions from top review sits and the amazing trailers! Seriously though, that boss enemy at the end of the trailer....the art design and creature design in particular or this game is sickening in all the right ways.

It is worth pointing out that this isn't an after thought or reaction to the whole male protagonist controversy, the game has been worked on for a while. While that doesn't excuse the lack of protagonist in any of the main games or their ham frosted handling of the issue, at least they have had plans to do another female led game.

Well the problem with Unity was that they were going to have a femal protagonist, then two white male directors said to make itm ale quite early on and everything else was covering for that basically, then all their bull**** excuses. Ubisoft were actually doing better with representation than most AAA developers (bar Bioware and a couple of others) until then.Quote:
