I think you may have a slight problem. I suggest seeing a doctor to cure you of that addiction :pQuote:

Oh wow, good dog lol.
I know :p
Bethesda clearly recognised FemShep's power and made her a companion. Also a drunken Irishwoman but whatever that's kinda accurate too :p
Totes!
Also why can't I get this poster for my house:

And is Piper really a synth? She sure acts like the terminator:

I'd kill for that painting too.
Piper has survived over 5 nuclear detonations in my game.

So immersive...
Well, that seals it... I was thinking of using Piper as my companion of choice, but if she can survive a nuclear blast, that'll help a lot. Ditto for mines and other explosives, whether I set them off accidentally or try to blow someone else up (because I still can't hit worth spit, it seems... but I've got plenty of Charisma!).
Biggest issue I've had with Piper is her walking off of ladders and gantries and breaking her legs. She's taken out basically everything else the wasteland can throw at her and is super adawble so well worth taking along.
Only negative in the game I can think of:
Quote:
fallout 4
names that are voiced: Purkeypile, Quartermain, Toecutter, Sex, Katniss
unvoiced: any of the most common names in most non-European or North American countries
you can be named ******o, Asdf, or Assman but not Ahmed, Manuel, Fatima, Omar… like you can go down a list of the most popular names in most regions of the world and verrrrrry few of them are present
Wonder if Fallout might release more as free DLC, though it'd be a big undertaking. Perhaps some better choice in names might have been helpful, but it's still a landmark in that they managed to voice 1000 names.
I suppose there's not much way they could have really solved the issue in its entirety, though I'd be curious to see how many names you'd cover if you got the top ten of most major countries and added them together, including regional variations like John, Juan and Jean. It'd be a bit unwieldy, which is probably why they had to limit it to traditional Western names, and a few gag ones.
Other problem might have been people mangling the pronunciation of unfamiliar names, and the more names you add to the roster, the more it would highlight those that were overlooked. It's probably like browsing those named coffee mugs or keyrings you get in gift shops, and realising they have a very, very small roster of names on them.
