It's actually not a bad idea, it's just really crappy that it seems to be being marketed in a 'buy this and give your boyfriend better sex' kind of way.
you wouldn't want anyone else using your controller though would you? sounds rather expensive.
You'd need a detachable, washable bit you can pop off and clean after use. There was a controller with a vibrator element a few years ago, depending how well you did in a certain game the feedback to teh vibrator varied so the better you did the more pleasure the recipient user would get. I only read about it sadly.:p
