But no point skimping on the console cost, just to have to buy external off the bat.

Nintendo don't, but they do offer a list of compatible (but not necessarily recommended) models.

get the 32gb, it is hardly any more money, and is often actually the same price as the 8gb, and saves you messing around later.

so, who else is going to get CIV: Beyond Earth? looks really neat to me...

When it's sub £10 in the steam sale, I've plenty to play till then, or when all the DLC is out and they do the complete pack at a reasonable price.

I'll get it at some point.

Also Destiny is coming to PC, yay.

We new it would be, but are they going to optimise it or will it need to be modded to not look like some crappy console port.
But if it's just co-op halo anyway I'm prepared to be underwhelmed.

Optimise it apparently, not talking bout it but it's not going to be out until sometime next year.

speaking of console ports... what's the news on GTA5? kinda lost track between all the "it's coming! definitely maybe soon when it's done or not"
