Can I apply a weapon destroyed result to an Ork Battlewagon Deffrolla?

I don't think so, the deff rolla is not a weapon (although it causes wounds) but is instead a vehicle upgrade like reinforced ram, red paint, etc. I could be wrong though, that is just how I interpret the rules.

I believe it has to have a weapon stat line for it to be considered for "weapon destroyed" results. Thus a havoc launcher, an HK and the like, which are also vehicle upgrades can be chosen, but smoke launchers, seige blades, armor, rollas and other things that affect game play in a non-weapon shot capacity are just there on the vehicle.
