40K: Goatboy's List Thoughts - Skarbrand's Orgy of Death

Goatboy here again with another list built around a Special Character. Today I decided to use Skarbrand and to figure out an army that utilizes his special Hatred ability. If you don't know it, he gives everyone within 24" the ability that they must reroll any failed to hit rolls in combat. I don't have all my rulebooks with me, but I think that lets you reroll to hit even when attack a vehicle because it just says hits in combat.
