It says "the unit counts as being in difficult and dangerous terrain". Core book says "a unit that starts or ends its move in difficult/dangerous terrain" must make a test. Now the power is cast before they move and effects the unit, and it has effect both at the beginning and at the end of their movement. So my question is does the effected unit has to make 2 dangerous terrain tests or just one?

I would say no, because you don't take more than one difficult terrain test ever - if you start your movement in difficult terrain at the beginning of the turn, THAT'S when you take the test. If you want to move IN to difficult terrain, you take the difficult terrain test then.

Yeah i thought so, I always let my opponent take 1 test because it just seems to good, but now i know for sure, thanks man :D.

Note that if the unit moves and then later runs or assaults, it may end up having to take more than one test. You only ever have to test once for each movement, but this may mean more than one test in a single player turn.
