Yeah OK. You say the list is 'competitive' and you say it is 'unbound' at the top. Most tournaments require battleforged not unbound.

Also in terms of competitiveness I don't rate the points to damage output of the fire raptors. Also the chaos contemptor is not as good as the decimators. Only 15 models of troops isn't enough for me and taking 15% of your points on rhinos seems a trifle excessive. The terminators could do with combi plasma or melta for first strike output.

The havocs will be in the rhinos with the csm squads. My terminators will all begin in deepstrike. I did not give my terminators combi plasma is because I wanter to keep there squads cheap, but i threw in a reaper autocannon just to see how it performs. I think your desired result was mpre boota on the ground and i have definitely added to that.

This certainly strikes me as more competitive, you'd need to play this aggressive though. Are you throwing the Havocs forward in Rhinos and letting the CSM footslog or hold objectives in the rear?
