IG orders and FNP vs Mindwore

Hi guys! First, excuse for my english because there will be a lot of mistakes :o.
Second, please answer 2 questions
1 Can my officer issue an order to his squad when they embarked in chimera. another words - issue "Bring it down" and shoot without disambarking from transport?
2 Can I save wounds caused by eldar psypower "mindwore" with FNP?

Not a guard player but think its a yes for the first quetion.

As for the second question think its a no. Cos FNP says anything that doesn't get an armour save doesn't get FNP. And Mind war only gets cover and Invuln saves so no FNP.

Being so hard you don't feel your arm getting chopped off doesn't help you when your brain is melting out your ear...

No IG squad can receive an order while inside a transport. You have to have your boots on the ground (be on the tabletop) to receive orders.

Officers can issue orders from inside a Chimera, though.
